Cessa Vidal serves as Vice President of Operations at Level Up Consulting, where she ensures organizational systems and processes are optimized, the business model remains aligned with the company’s vision, and strategic partnerships consistently deliver value. Acting as the organization’s cultural steward, Cessa safeguards alignment between our vision, values, and operational execution.
Cessa brings years of experience from the hospitality industry, where she developed a proven track record in communication, leadership, and process improvement. At Level Up Consulting, she leads the operations team in identifying challenges, fostering collaboration, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and excellence. Known for her quick thinking and pragmatic approach to decision-making, Cessa ensures our team operates at the highest level—so we can best serve yours.
Timothy Hunsaker
Regional Vice President
Tim Hunsaker serves as Vice President- Mid-West. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and brings a wealth of expertise in sales and project management. Throughout his career, Tim has built a reputation as a strategic problem solver, an exceptional communicator, and a natural leader.
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Tim leads the Mid-West from the Windy City. Tim specializes in fractional project management, fractional integration, and fractional sales management services. In addition, Tim is an expert leader and is skilled at helping leaders develop in their role.

Karen Molina

Karen is a dedicated finance professional and community advocate. She earned her degree in Finance from San Diego State University, graduating with honors, and began her career at Chevron, a global energy corporation, where she has spent the past nine years as a Senior Financial Analyst.
Her work has taken her across the globe, with roles in Los Angeles; San Francisco; and Lagos, Nigeria. Each experience broadening her perspective and deepening her expertise in corporate finance. Over the course of her career, Karen has led initiatives in financial forecasting, modeling, competitor analysis, and international compliance, contributing to strategic decision-making and global operational excellence.
Now based in Houston, Texas, Karen remains deeply committed to giving back. She volunteers with organizations that promote financial literacy among individuals from low socio-economic backgrounds and mentors first-generation high school girls navigating the college admissions process. She is also the founder of The Financial Readiness Initiative, an organization she created to help college students build strong financial literacy early on.
